Overview

The Fender Acoustisonic 15 is an affordable entry-level acoustic amplifier, rated at 15 watts. It is as straightforward as its price, with basic controls and a compact profile that makes it an easy grab and go amplifier for acoustic-electric guitars.

It sports a 6" woofer that works nicely with its 15W amp section, having enough volume to fill small rooms be it for practice or for jamming with friends. To add a bit more character to your acoustic sound, Fender even equipped the amp with a built-in chorus effect

Unfortunately it doesn't come with reverb, you'll have to get a higher priced amp to get that effect built-in.

This is a good acoustic amp for beginners or those that want a small acoustic practice amp.

I have a small Fender

I have a small Fender acoustasonic 15 amp and want to know if the XLR input will take a condenser microphone without the need for a voltage gain. If it does require a gain mechanism, what do you recommend.
I do have a jack lead I can use to my acoustic guitar, but I prefer the real acoustic sound you get when it's relayed through a microphone.

Unfortunately it won't work

Unfortunately it won't work with a standard condenser mic.

To make one work you either need one with its own power supply (most don't have this) or you'll need a Mic Preamp.
