Pros
The overall sentiment is that this is an affordable solution for mobile sound reinforcement needs. Most users say that it is very simple to setup and store away for transport. But it’s not just about transport because a good number of reviews mention that it is clean sounding and very loud for the price. One user even noted that he rarely had to go past 30% of what this PA system can provide. The added effects were also well appreciate by some users.
Cons
There are a few who complained about the quality of the reverb, which they found to be lacking. Others cautioned that the bundled speaker cables will need to be replaced sooner than later.
Overall
With its combination of great features, good sound quality, and tempting price tag, the Behringer-EPS500MP3 is a good low budget option.
We were recommending the Behringer EPS500MP3 until November 2017, however it’s no longer on our recommended list because there are now more highly rated options available which you will find in our guide to The Best Portable / Compact PA Systems.
