Eastrock Soprano Ukulele 21" Mahogany Bundle

The Eastrock Soprano Ukulele Bundle is meant to be an affordable starter set.

At its core is a soprano size ukulele with the top, bottom, sides, and neck crafted from mahogany.

The fingerboard only goes up to 15 frets, which make it easier to play.

There is also a subtle arch on the back wood which is designed to improve sustain and add a bit more warmth to the normally bright tone of small uke's.

The bundle also includes a padded gig bag, 5 picks, a set of carbon string, a microfiber polishing cloth with a flannel bag, a sand hammer, and a clip on tuner.

Key Features

  • Top: Mahogany
  • Body: Mahogany
  • Neck: Mahogany
  • Frets: 15

Pros

The Eastrock Soprano Ukulele bundle gets a lot of thumbs up for being a good value beginner's kit. Considering the price, owners are pleased with the ukulele itself, with plenty of commendations towards its low action, good intonation and smooth frets. Sound and build quality are also often favorably mentioned in reviews.

Cons

There are a few owners who complain of tuning instability, which most of the time is due to strings that are not "broken in". There are also some who found it to be too small.

Overall

This is a good budget friendly ukulele to consider for those who are into the compact soprano profile.

Although this was previously on our recommended list, there are now more highly rated options available which you can see in our guide to The Best Soprano Ukuleles.
