Fender’s Tex-Mex Strat Electric Guitar Pickup set is a three-pickup set of moderate output pickups with a modern voicing.

When companies throw around the term “moderate” voicing they’re talking about pickups that straddle the line between great clean tones and medium amounts of grit, so think a solid blues and garage rock tone.

They aren’t going to give you the best metal or hard rock tone, but they are still really versatile overall.
