Gibraltar GKS-KT76 Key Tree 2-Tier Column Keyboard Stand

The Gibraltar GKS-KT76 Key Tree has it's own unique "tree-like" profile with curvy branches serving as its main frame, resembling drum stands more than conventional keyboard stands.

It features T-style support legs with anti-slip rubber ends for stability, and it utilizes single frame cross bars for supporting both the main and second tier.

The main tier's crossbar is 30" wide, with adjustable locks on each side that allow for precise positioning. This allows the main tier to handle most instruments with 76 keys and smaller.

The upper tier is also width adjustable, with a maximum width of 20".

  • Load capacity: Not Specified
  • Height: Adjustable from 35" to 44" (1st Tier)
  • Width: Up to 30" (1st Tier), Up to 20" (2nd Tier)
  • Depth: Not specified
  • Construction: Chrome Steel
  • Weight: 27.5 lbs

For a vertical column stand, owners are surprised at how stable and sturdy this is, but this is to be expected given Gibraltar's reputation for quality and durable drum stands and accessories. It's distinct appearance is also commended in user reviews. Experienced keyboardists and electronic musicians are also pleased at how adjustable the stand is, allowing for use with different keyboard sizes, MIDI controllers and mixers.

While the front T-style footing is not as wide as the back support, it does take space which normally would be used by sustain pedals. Some users recommend slightly adjusting the footing to the left (or right depending on which foot you're using on the pedal) to make a bit more room.

If you're looking for a distinct looking, shiny and compact stand with good stability, then check out the Gibraltar GKS-KT76.
