The PRX718XLF appeared on our recommended list for PA Subwoofers in the first edition from May 2016 until June 2017 when it was removed due to having been discontinued.
Although the JBL PRX718XLF is no longer available brand new, we have made our rating information available for anyone who’s considering buying one second hand. The Gearank score was based upon research done when these were selling new with a street price of $799.
JBL PRX718XLF Overview
The PRX718XLF subwoofers are designed to be used as a single sub or in an array and are stackable or can be mounted on a pole.
They are used in a wide range of settings from band to DJ gigs and also in houses of worship.
The stereo inputs use DSP to provide selectable cross-over functionality, polarity optimization, dynamic limiting , protection, and discrete component optimization
