C.F. Martin & Co continues to be among the biggest names in acoustic guitar, so it’s not surprising for their guitar cases to be doing just as well.
To be more specific, the C345 is the go-to case for many of Martin’s popular dreadnought models, including the DXM, DXME, DCX1RE, DCX1E, DCX1KE, DX1R.
It follows conventional design, having a wooden shell with black tolex skin, plush interior, and neck brace with a compartment for accessories.
The main difference is that it meets the company’s strict quality standards, and more importantly, dreadnought guitars fit snuggly, given that Martin developed the dreadnought guitar as we know it.

Pros
This gets a lot of commendations for its overall quality and workmanship. Even those who own uber expensive vintage Martin guitars trust it, and are pleased with how it secures their instrument. Many also compliment how snug the fit is, which adds to the overall feeling of security. Finally, there’s just something about the Martin brand that inspires awe and admiration for many guitarists, the brand itself is its main appeal.
Cons
With its traditional design, there’s not a lot of pocket room for accessories.
Overall
This is a no-brainer for Martin acoustic guitar owners, but even if you don’t own one – this one will not disappoint.
