The Stellar Labs 555-13830 first appeared on our recommended list for Single Tier Z-Style Keyboard Stands in March 2018 where it remained until March 2021 when it was out-ranked by other stands.
Then in February 2022 it had high enough ratings to go back on the list until finally being out-ranked by the On-Stage KS7350 in October 2022.
Overview
This is an adjustable stand that can accommodate 49 key to 88 key keyboards and can be used in the sitting or standing position.
The depth however is not adjustable – something that concerned a number of people who hadn’t considered this before making their purchase.
One other thing to note is that there are no 2nd tier extension accessories, so if you later want to add a 2nd tier you’ll have to get a different stand.
If you want a basic cheap but strong single keyboard Z stand, then consider buying this one.
