A Capo to Beat the Buzz!

In the world of capos, the G7th Performance 3 ART capo stands out in the crowd. This brilliantly designed, innovative capo represents years of research and design strategy. With G7th's patented Adaptive Radius Technology, the Performance 3 ART capo actually adapts to the unique radius of your guitar, eliminating the two most common issues that arise with capos: fret buzz from too-little tension and strings that are bent sharp from too much tension. This beautiful hand-polished steel capo features an easy squeeze-to-release mechanism that lets you slide it up and down the neck quickly.

Innovative technology

The Adaptive Radius Technology (ART) of the Performance 3 is really quite simple and ingenious. Located in the top bar behind the string pad, this technology allows the string pad to adjust to each string individually once you place it in position. The thicker, lower strings require slightly more tension, while the thinner higher strings require less. With ART, the string pad "senses" this difference and applies pressure accordingly for a more even, customized fretting. Goodbye buzz; so long sharps! Guitarists here at Sweetwater love the G7th Performance capo!

G7th Performance 3 ART Capo Features:

  • Brilliantly innovative squeeze-and-release capo slides up and down the neck effortlessly
  • ART technology eliminates buzzing and out-of-tune strings
  • Silicon neck pad and silicon side guards protect the finish on your neck
  • Stores easily on peghead and nut

The best capo

This is an amazing simple effective capo. First one I've ever used that does not affect tuning. Ridiculously easy to use. Just place it where you need it and give it a light squeeze. Worth every penny.

G7th still perfect after 15 years.

I bought this capo in 2008, I think they were fairly new at the time to the market. They are well made and I have used it every week at least a few times for that whole time and other times daily for hours. They far exceed to old hand springs that can be awkward, cramp your hand and make your guitar out of pitch. None of that here. Only minor complaint is the cost, but if you are a capo user, this is probably a lifetime purchase if you don't lose it, mine looks and behaves just as new today as it did in 2008. I paid around 30 bucks in 2008, so it cost me around 2 dollars per year so far, that seems more than fair. Happy playing!

Perfect

I have been looking for this capo. It is really easy to use, does not get in your way, do not have to retune when I use it. It is by far the best capo out there.
