Surprisingly Powerful Sound in an Ultra-lightweight Package

Providing you with high-quality sound and optimized dispersion, the surprisingly powerful Turbosound iNSPIRE iP300 manages to fit in an ultra-lightweight, easy-to-use package. Whether you're in a house of worship, boardroom presentation, nightclub, or any other medium-sized performance space, the 600-watt iNSPIRE iP300's custom-engineered 2 x 6.5" woofers and 4 x 2" neodymium drivers will fill the room with rich, beautiful sound of uncompromising quality. On top of that, the iNSPIRE iP300 is packed with industry-leading Klark Teknik DSP, Class D amplifier, and Spatial Sound technology, as well as convenient Bluetooth stereo audio streaming and iPhone/iPad remote control.

Compact design for maximum portability and easy setup

The Turbosound iNSPIRE iP300 is designed for maximum portability. Setup is child's play: attach the columns to the base, connect your mic or mixer feed, then plug the base into a power source. Then sit back and experience a roomful of the rich, beautiful, uncompromising sound that won the coveted Queen's Award three times.

Onboard Klark Teknik DSP delivers superb sound

Thanks to its built-in DSP from Klark Teknik, the iNSPIRE iP300 delivers superb sound, no matter where you are. And we're not just talking about some paltry EQ enhancement — the iNSPIRE iP300's 24-bit DSP actually analyzes the incoming signal and intelligently applies specific filters, ensuring optimal sound quality. It's like having an audio engineer monitoring and mixing for you, dialing in the perfect EQ, and constantly making subtle adjustments to the crossover, compressor/limiter, and more — resulting in killer sound quality at all times.

Custom-engineered drivers for outstanding sound dispersion

Thanks to its strategically placed 2" neodymium midrange/extended high-frequency drivers, the Turbosound iNSPIRE iP300 is able to fill the room with sound, much like the huge line-array systems you've experienced at concerts. The iNSPIRE iP300 provides you with up to a 180-degree horizontal dispersion pattern, eliminating the need for monitor wedges and creating an even, sonically balanced soundscape for the entire audience.

Class D amplifier provides you with massive power in a lightweight package

The iNSPIRE iP300 provides you with enormous power and incredible sonic performance in an easy-to-use, ultra-portable, and lightweight package. Klark Teknik's Class D amplifier technology makes all the difference, giving you phenomenal energy efficiency and eliminating the need for heavy power supplies and massive heat sinks. In other words, the iNSPIRE iP300 is light enough to carry and efficient enough to rock all night without overheating!

Built-in digital mixer for simple, complete control

With its fully addressable onboard digital mixer, the Turbosound iNSPIRE iP300 lets you take full control of your sound, either locally or via your iPhone or iPad. Packed with two combo jack/XLR connectors that accept balanced and unbalanced connections for dynamic mics and line-level instruments, as well as a simple and intuitive user interface consisting of a single rotary push-encoder, the iNSPIRE iP300 makes obtaining great sound child's play. You also get an easy-to-read backlit LCD panel display, for quick and easy adjustment of the limiter and EQ parameters.

Bluetooth capabilities allow for convenient audio streaming

Leave your media players and mess of cables at home! The iNSPIRE iP300 allows you to stream music from your iPad or iPhone directly to the iNSPIRE iP300 via Bluetooth. At Sweetwater, we appreciate the level of convenience that the iNSPIRE iP300's Bluetooth connectivity provides.

Great sounding, easy to use, little BT column speaker.

I bought one of these speakers at another place about a year ago, so I have at least a years use with it. I bought a 2nd one from Sweetwater so I would have a pair and that made an already great sounding "yard" speaker, an even better experience.

I mainly got them to connect Bluetooth and listen to music in the back yard. Just the 1 speaker alone sounded great, even 50' back to where my fire pit is. I was surprised at how well the lows traveled. You won't get booming bass (you need a sub for that) but it carried itself really well with the low end. When I added the 2nd speaker it really added to a fuller sound and carried even better, to the point where I had to gain everything back as I didn't want to make the neighbors mad (per request of my wife).

The amazing thing is that the speakers link together through Bluetooth so I don't even need to run a cable between them. I then connect my phone or tablet to the main speaker (also Bluetooth) and the only wires I have to deal with are the IEC power cables to the speakers themselves.

The smaller profile column design is what interested me in the first place. Not too many powered boxes available designed like this and they fit really nice and indiscrete in the corners of my enclosed back porch. I was also well aware at how great Turbosound speakers are in this price range (having heard Turbosound Flashlight boxes at so many of the dance music events I attended in the late 90's). I was NOT let down.

At 600w I don't think you would be able to gig these outdoors as stand alone except for maybe a small "Farmers Market" type situation. They would make a great delay or fill speaker or side monitor for smaller "acoustic" type bands but I think anything with loud drums or guitar and they would get drown out pretty easily.
Also great "around the house" or house party speakers. The 180(ish) degree throw of the array horns can really fill a room. They get loud but size limitations only get them up to a certain point. Clean, crisp sounding speakers with some really cool features. And you can't beat the price.

I plan on getting some of the bigger Turbosound powered boxes in the future with some subs to hopefully gig out for some side work. You can't go wrong with this brand even though I'm spoiled with a D&B & Meyer sound rig I have at the theater I mix at.

I didn’t expect that...

First off, I bought these simply because there aren't many options in the vertical array space, which is exactly what I needed for this particular application. Those that are, include a sub such as Bose and the IP1000,2000,3000 series. I didn't want to go that route as I needed/wanted a bigger sub source. Consulting for a house of worship, I had a shallow room that was very wide. The current speakers did not have much of a dispersion pattern, so people sitting anywhere past the center 3rd of the room were getting muddied sound with no highs. I replaced these with the IP300s and mounted them on the wall on either side of the stage. They were paired with Turbosound's Athens series 218 subs sitting on the floor that another source had available from a church install that never happened last year. I got everything mounted up and pinked the room using an RTA to tune everything up. The end result shocked me, I won't lie. The IP300s have this incredibly smooth and detailed sound with beautiful imaging and the room coverage I was looking for. They are also very loud, and as I continued to bring the gas pedal up and move around the room, they did NOT distort or break up. I was blown away. Moreover, as I moved around the room I got a very consistent listening experience. I will preface all this with saying you have to "zero out" any processing or settings on the back side. I set the input gain staging and output levels, added some highs and mids on the built in EQ and crossed the subs at 80hz until the RTA gave me what I wanted. As an engineer with over 30yrs behind me, and about every brand of mains from small band "PA on a stick" to Vertecs, Meyer and L'Acoustic, I'm thoroughly impressed with these as an incredible solution for this application. Turbosound definitely have a nice little thing going here and it truly is a pleasure to even listen to pre-recorded music through these. While the 218s are not being driven hard in this application, they are set to complement these well and round things out. The IP300s seem hard to get ahold of, so I hope it won't be problematic as I build out several other rooms with these.

Solo Looping Small to Medium Size

I am currently using a looper, drum machine, keyboard and guitar and kicking out some great sound for up to 100 people venue. The overall size of the unit beats my alternate 3-piece pa system. The sub range is ok but can be over driven if not paying attention during live performances. I do love this IP300 and want another as a spare or use in the house.
