Needed something that could tilt and support 8" monitors raised at 4ft while being stable when nudged. Also wanted fine adjustability.

There were cheaper stands from other vendors that almost fit the requirements but were much bulkier tripod designs. The base on these is a flat piece of metal which stays out of the way visually and physically.

Each stand comes with four stick on rubber pads for the platform. They don't look like much but they work well and keep the monitors in place at maximum tilt.

Build quality is solid. Didn't initially want to spend this much but I'm happy with the results.
