Little cabinet, BIG sound!

I used to run a big system for my KJ/DJ setup. I ended up selling my gear because I thought I was going to retire from it. lol. Well here I am and back at it. I used to run (2) double 18" subs a side but got tired of hauling them in a trailer and not to mention they weighed a ton. So now I needed some low end to go with my JBL 615's. I went to the showroom and got to meet Dylan. Dylan worked with me for over an hour as I tried to make a decision on a new sub. He was very patient with me and super helpful while I tried to make up my mind. I ended up purchasing the QSC KS112. I had a show that night and ended up using it. WOW! Very exceptional low end for one little cabinet with a 12". I was working a smaller bar with about 80 people and the low end sounded amazing. Setting the sub up was simple and straightforward. I am glad I pulled the trigger on this sub. I now have that big sound that fits in the back seat of my pickup. Amazing!

Wow

First off very impressive! Used a pair at a 700 seat bar! 1 is enough but 2 holy molly great design. sounded like i had 2 dual 18 boxes. Purchase 4 if you wanna really move some air.

Done right!

I waited a bit to test this sub-harmonic in the field. It performed very well adding an enhanced low-end; even outdoors. I thought the wheels may rattle a bit but they were quiet - just good down-low bass and kick drum punch. I do use the DBX 500 series sub-harmonic synthesizer.
