These are THE Bass Strings.

You can use whatever you want, but NOTHING sounds like these. Ive been using them 52 years. When I first bought them they were $9.75 a set!

I am not going to ramble on, no need to,, THESE ARE THS BEST BASS STRINGS ON EARTH. PERIOD.

Exactly what I hoped they'd be

Was hoping they'd sound good and retain some life for a while, and that's just what they've done. I definitely noticed the rougher feel of the stainless steel windings at first, but I got used to it. Anyway, I enjoyed that new-string zing while it lasted, and since then they've mellowed into a nice, solid sound that hasn't gone muddy and feels like it still has some attack in it a year later. You can really dig into these strings. Maybe it's time for new strings again...maybe...but they don't feel dead yet, and I still like the way they sound. Will definitely be buying Rotosounds again.

Nothing compares to Roto's

Iv'e been playing for a while .Not a pro by any mean's .More of a weekend warrior. but iv'e tried a lot of strings and always come back to these. despite quality issues, dead E strings mainly .I'll live with it No other strings will give you the tone you get from Roto's .A side note .I always get the freshest strings from Sweetwater as opposed to buying from local shops.Which sometime's i have to .Thank's James

Great strings if you wanna rock!

Much like a certain sauce associated with a man named Frank. I put these strings on everything, always. These strings just work! No gimmicks or weird flashy marketing, just good o'l rough meaty bass strings for any time you need some sparkle in your life.
