Excellent Choice!

I've always loved these sticks. They seem to balance in your hands and float perfectly... taking seemingly very little effort to keep things rolling. I also like the Vic Firth Terry Bozzio signature sticks... tad thinner than the Buddy sticks, and a bit more foreword mass for great power and rebound. Those and these Buddy Rich ones are my go-to sticks. Bozzio's for the power and strong rebound, Rich's for the smooth articulate float.

Good Balance and Weight

I was using lighter sticks for about 12 months. When I tried these, it was like turning on a motor of some sort. Really nice feel. After buying 10 pair, I've been using them for about 2 years now. I plan to buy in bulk again after I run through these. Perfect stick for what I want to do.

Favorite Sticks

These are my all time favorite sticks. They have a great balance and the tapered tip is great aesthetically. For all around playing the extra length and extra beef from the standard 5A make these my favorite. I occasionally will find myself reaching for something a little lighter, rarely do I need to reach for anything heavier.
