solid tone, great under bends, great price, free extra high E

The title says it... hard to break ( no successful so far ) great tone...extra high E string..(could have used that with other sets) great price, too... worth every penny

Try on a Tele

These things sound great on a telecaster. If Ernie Ball Slinkies give a mid scoop sound, this is much more of a upper mid boost sound that works well on a tele.

Great strings at a great price.

I just put these on my Ibanez from Sweetwater, as I hadn't change the strings yet (way overdue).
I put them on, tuned up..stretched a little, tuned again…..good.
Came back the next day, and was just a tiny bit off…tuned up again within seconds and still good to go.
Sound nice, play nice, priced nice…..noice.

Great sound and easy feel

These strings are soft and easy to play. They have a nice resonance and smooth top end.

Excellent Strings

These have been my favorite strings since a friend of mine turned me onto them nearly 14 years ago. Each set of these has consistently lasted me many hard hours of playing, including a substantial amount of bending. I have a Strat-style guitar with DiMarzio Area pickups, and it comes alive with these strings. I feel that Roto Yellows have a slightly more prominent (and more pleasant) midrange and upper midrange than any of the numerous other strings I've played over the years. With the guitar mentioned above, through a seemingly endless variety of overdrives, a 15-watt Princeton-type amp and a high-wattage 1x12" or 2x10" speaker cabinet, I don't think these strings can be outclassed.
