The Caramel CC100 comes packed with a 3-band EQ (bass, middle, and treble), a volume control, and a chromatic tuner. This uke also sports an active pickup, so it’s gig ready straight out of the box (though it doesn’t include batteries).

The acoustic tone of this uke is what you’d expect from an instrument in this price range. It has the volume one would expect from a concert sized ukulele, and while the tone won’t compete with more expensive instruments it won’t discourage a beginner from playing. The uke is made from zebra wood, which imparts a tone similar to that of mahogany.
