Warranty Information

NUX is one of the three brands owned by Cherub Technology Co., Ltd.
There is no warranty document available online, but they do have warranty support. Here is their response when I inquired about warranty coverage:

"We don't have online warranty system. It comes with a one-year limited factory warranty for the rest of the world while we support a 5 Years Warranty for NUX products that are bought from authorized dealers within the United States."
